We have two young adult children, born and raised here in Eindhoven Netherlands, where I now live and build my life.

My Journey to Certified Coach

In 2018, I became an accredited Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the Associatie voor Coaching. I’ve since completed the Professional Certified Coach(PCC) training and am working toward obtaining my PCC credential in 2025.

A Personal Quest for Life Excellence

In 2016, my mother was diagnosed with vascular dementia, requiring full-time care. This deeply personal experience sparked my commitment to understanding what it means to live a healthy, balanced, and meaningful life—not only for myself but for others facing similar challenges.

My exploration led me to the Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon, an ancient text that teaches harmony with nature and the rhythms of life. I also deepened my personal practice: after six years of yoga and meditation with Sadhguru’s Isha Foundation, I’ve experienced profound improvements in my physical well-being and mental clarity. These practices have helped me cultivate inner peace and a deeper connection with the world around me.

Since 2024, I’ve been volunteering with VPTZ, offering presence and support to individuals and families during end-of-life care—a role that has further deepened my compassion and understanding of life’s transitions.

Driving Business Excellence

My professional foundation is in applied mathematics. After working as a mathematical consultant at Eindhoven University of Technology, I joined Philips Healthcare in 2007—fulfilling a long-held ambition to optimize global service supply chains and transportation operations.

As a process improvement expert, I earned certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional (PMP). Over the years, I’ve led complex projects across business units, global markets, R&D, and operations. In my role as Business Excellence Manager, I’ve facilitated strategic planning, transformation initiatives, and performance improvement across both direct and indirect market channels.

This blend of business rigor and deep human insight shapes my holistic approach to coaching—supporting professionals in thriving not only in their careers, but in life.

I’m a Chinese woman who lived in China until 15, grew up in Hungary, and moved to the Netherlands at 24 with my Hungarian husband.
